{"id":4545,"date":"2022-01-03T16:39:45","date_gmt":"2022-01-03T15:39:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/campoalleserpi.com\/?p=4545"},"modified":"2022-03-20T18:09:28","modified_gmt":"2022-03-20T17:09:28","slug":"campo-alle-sustainability","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/campoalleserpi.com\/de\/campo-alle-sustainability\/","title":{"rendered":"Campo alle Sustainability"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are very exited to start our Italian sustainability project soon as we are going to transform our \u2018ancient\u2019 Italian house into a Sustainable \u2018hot spot\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We became owner of our Casa in September 2020. The house was fully renovated in 1998 with new heating system and double glass. In 2011 the owner received a licence to build a covered parking lot for 4 cars including a 4.6kW solar panel system on the roof. The covered parking lot was build, but the solar panel system was never realized (so far).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By Italian law we are now obliged to realize the solar panel system within the next 1.5 year\u2026 With this in mind, having 2 x 25 years old liquid gas heating systems and an interesting Italian (eco) bonus option made us decide to start our Sustainability project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our sustainability plan includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 Nibe (F2120) air\/water heat pumps of 16kW each.
