Swimming pool, trampoline and swing are available, as well as a large lawn for playing football, for example. Downstairs there is a main kitchen and also a second kitchen. Originally, this villa was built as a monastery about 250 years ago. Many elements from this period can be seen in the structures of the house. In the nineties, the house was restored with great care and offers a lot of comfort and space both inside and outside.
The location is also ideal: between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain village of Bibbona; near the famous wine region of Bolgheri. The house is in the countryside, but all amenities are nearby. Within ten minutes you are on the beach, in La California or Cecina. Cecina offers a variety of large supermarkets, restaurants and other shops. There is also a large market every Tuesday morning and it has a train station. Pisa international airport can be reached within 40 minutes via a motorway.
