If the house rules are not followed, we reserve the right to charge you for any resulting costs, either in full or in part.
But above all, we wish you a very pleasant stay in our house.
We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Practical:
The tap water comes from our own well and is safe to drink.
Coffee filters are provided. They are difficult to obtain in Italy.
Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed. €7.50 per day.
Smoking is not permitted inside or on the veranda. Ashtrays will be provided upon request, and smoking areas will be indicated.
In Italy, waste is separated: paper, glass, plastic/cans and beverage cartons, and residual waste. You can dispose of these in the designated bins. You can dispose of this separated waste at the corner. These containers are also located in many other places.
Make sure you don’t leave food lying around, but always seal and store it properly. You’re in the countryside, and mice can get in quickly!
The rooms on the sunny side of the house have air conditioning (apartments 1 and 3). The air conditioners are powered by two heat pumps that operate for cooling during sunny hours when temperatures are above 29 degrees Celsius (using energy from solar panels). They are generally active from midday until midnight. Longer operating times are possible in extreme heat.
