General rules:
These terms and conditions are binding on the landlord (“we,” “us,” and ‘our’) and the vacationer(s) who book our property (the “property”). Each such booking is referred to in the Booking Contract as a “Booking.” Each booking is subject to the Booking Contract. This Booking Contract and the confirmation email contain the entire agreement between us and you and form the basis of your agreement with us. Nothing in this Booking Contract affects your statutory rights.
Tenants
Our property consists of three apartments that can be booked separately. The apartments can also be combined for large groups. This makes them ideal for large families (families with parents, grandparents, and other relatives). The house cannot be rented by young people. The minimum age of the main tenant is 30 years.
Complaints or suggestions
Despite our care, you may have a complaint or suggestion. Please let us know in good time so that we can maintain and/or improve our service and quality and take immediate action during your stay.
Complaints that are only reported upon departure can no longer be processed.
As a guest, you are liable for any damage caused during your stay and are obliged to report this immediately, including damage caused by your fellow guests, etc. Damage/breakages, etc., that are already present or visible on arrival must be reported immediately upon arrival. If you fail to report any damage or defects that occurred during your stay and these are discovered during a follow-up inspection of the property, requiring a company to come and repair the damage, we will hold you responsible for the costs of repair or restoration.
Liability
We are not liable for: damage and/or injury resulting from your stay on our premises; damage and/or injury incurred through the use of the facilities on the premises.
We cannot be held liable if facilities become unusable and/or are out of service during your stay. However, we will of course do our utmost to have repairs, restoration, or replacement carried out as soon as possible and to provide a solution that you are satisfied with.
Our maximum liability for losses you suffer as a result of our actions in breach of this Booking Contract is strictly limited to the amounts we receive in relation to your booking. We are not liable for any losses that are not a foreseeable consequence of breaching this Booking Contract. Losses are foreseeable if they can be considered by you and us at the time you make your booking and are confirmed by us.
Do not lose sight of your (young) children and do not leave them unattended near or in the swimming pool.
General reservation:
Total price
The total price includes the following: electricity (normal use), water (normal use), tourist tax, and use of bed linen based on the number of people you have specified.
During your stay, the pool will be checked and cleaned, and the lawn may be mowed.
Reservations
Reservations for our property can be made directly on the website https://campoalleserpi.com or by telephone at +31653807461. If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them! You will also receive a quote for the selected period.
Payment
When making a reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. (Only then will your reservation be final). The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the rental period. Extrajudicial collection costs for non-payment or partial non-payment of the rental amount are at the expense of the tenant.
For (last minute) bookings made less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the entire amount must be paid at once.
Cancellation
You are responsible for taking out cancellation and/or travel insurance.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel 2 months or more before your rental period, you will receive a refund of the 30% deposit.
50% refund of the total amount between 1 and 2 months before the start of your rental period.
No refund within 1 month before the start of your rental period.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, you can check in from 3 p.m. Please let us know your exact arrival time shortly before arrival so that someone will be there to welcome you and give you the keys.
On the day of departure, check-out time is 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed. In case of early departure or late arrival, no claim for a refund of the agreed rental price can be made.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 18 people. There are also 3 cribs and a toddler bed. Two high chairs are also available.
The tenant whose name appears on the confirmation is the main tenant and is therefore also liable for any co-tenants. The rental agreement is personal and it is not permitted to sublet our property(ies) in whole or in part to others or to allow others to use it. If someone other than the main tenant, but someone from the travel group, picks up the key, we would like to be informed in advance.
The number of persons specified in the rental agreement may not be exceeded. It is also not permitted to receive persons other than the specified guests. The tenant is responsible for the property and its furnishings and will compensate for any damage or loss caused by him/her.
House rules are part of the rental agreement.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our property(ies) and outbuildings. An ashtray is available outside each property on request. Please use these and empty them on departure.
Reservation
If the above rules are not observed, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures. In the event of loss or theft of our property, we will report this to the police.
By booking, you automatically agree to our rules and conditions.
Parking
There is ample parking space on the gravel and in the carport. Please do not park on the lawn.
Caravans and/or campers are not allowed on the premises.
It is not permitted to charge electric cars on the premises without permission. Additional costs will be charged for their use.
Open fires
Lighting open fires, other than in barbecues or in the appliances provided for this purpose, is not permitted.
Pets
Dogs are allowed on request. Additional costs will be charged for this. They must not cause any nuisance. Excrement must be cleaned up immediately by the owner.
Special circumstances
If we are forced to suspend or cancel the rental agreement due to force majeure in any form, this can be done without responsibility or liability.
Correspondence

Price changes
We expressly reserve the right to change prices.
