The villa and apartments have a maximum occupancy (villa 16 persons and apartments 5 persons). The standard price is based on this. If more than the maximum number of guests stay, there are additional costs per person / day (ie for the number above the maximum). These costs are for the use of all facilities (swimming pool, water, electricity, gas, etc).
