If you have become enthusiastic after seeing the house and the surroundings, you can check the availability via the links below. By filling in the booking form you can indicate which period (during the months of July and August the changeover day is only on Saturday, so please select a Saturday as the start and end date for this period) and for how many people you want to book. The rental period is a minimum of 4 nights (in July and August only per week and from Saturday to Saturday). We will then contact you to discuss further details.

The rental period is from the beginning of April to the end of October. In the early and late season we will also be present in villa Podere Campo alle Serpi and then we will also rent out the 3 apartments separately (April-June and September-October). In high season we only rent out the villa entirely (up to 16 people).
